The Battle for Center field

Melky Cabrera or Brett Gardner? You make the choice. recently, during spring training, it has been a battle for center field. Brett Gardner had an explosive start while melky wasn't so fortunate. Brett hit .382 coming into Thursday game but melky wasn't going to let him down that easy. he came up with a big game hitting raising his average to a mere .242. that's not very high, but considering where he was three weeks ago, that's very impressive."Melky is playing at a very high level says manager Joe girardi. it's going to be a fight for the finish for these two players. we'll see who comes out on top!
